About Me

Hello! My name is Janet Weinstein and I am the proud owner of Thrive Equine Massage Therapy. I have been involved in the equine industry for over 10 years and I have experience in many different disciplines.

I attended Fanshawe College for Pre-Health Sciences in 2017 and graduated with Honors prior to attending the Equine Massage Therapy program at D'Arcy Lane School of Equine Massage. In 2019, I graduated and became a member of the International Federation of Equine Massage Therapists (IFREMT).

I have been fortunate to be a part of many different aspects of the horse industry and learned so much. I learned to ride western in an open field and have since switched to english. Recently, I have competed with Fanshawe College on the OCEA for three seasons. I have been a Canadian Pony Club member for 8 years, with the opportunity to compete at the national level. For a short while, I groomed for A circuit riders. I also enjoying teaching lessons and clinics. Currently, I am working at a standardbred breeding facility.
